This Personal Data Protection Law Disclosure Text ("Disclosure Text") has been prepared by UpcyMarket as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), pursuant to the "Data Controller's Disclosure Obligation" article specified in KVKK.

Data Controller

In accordance with KVKK, as UpcyMarket, in our capacity as data controller, we notify that we will process your personal data within the scope of the purposes explained below; in accordance with the law and honesty rules, accurately and when necessary up-to-date, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes.

Personal Data We Collect

Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of providing you with the products and services offered by UpcyMarket, determining and implementing UpcyMarket's commercial and business strategies, executing UpcyMarket's human resources policies, ensuring the legal and commercial security of people in business relationship with UpcyMarket, planning and executing activities for ensuring the legal and commercial security of UpcyMarket and people in business relationship with UpcyMarket, protecting the rights of UpcyMarket commercial enterprises and business partners, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, marketing, communication, promotional activities and determining strategies related to these.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data; may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes of carrying out necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by UpcyMarket, determining and implementing UpcyMarket's commercial and business strategies, and executing UpcyMarket's human resources policies.

Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected in any verbal, written or electronic environment, in line with the purposes mentioned above, for the provision of our services and within this scope, for UpcyMarket to fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes specified in paragraphs (2) and (3) of this text.

Your Rights

As personal data subjects, when you submit your requests regarding your rights to UpcyMarket, UpcyMarket will conclude the request within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data subjects:

• To learn whether personal data is processed
• To request information about it if personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
• To request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to paragraphs (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your request containing the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding your right that you request to use among the rights specified in Article 11 of KVKK, in writing and with wet signature to UpcyMarket address by mail, by sending from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to our e-mail address info@upcymarket.com.tr, or through your e-mail address registered in UpcyMarket systems.
