Communication through the platform is a staged process. Initially, seller information is partially hidden, and only messaging through the platform is possible. As you show interest in products and make offers, more contact information becomes available as the order process progresses. Full contact information can be viewed after payment is made or an agreement is reached.

Commission rates vary gradually according to your membership level and monthly transaction volume. Standard Seller package users pay 7%, Priority Seller package users pay 5%, and Premium Sellers pay 3% commission. These amounts are only collected on successful transactions when payment is transferred to the seller. When you reach a certain volume within the month, your commission rates automatically decrease.

Blockchain certification is the immutable recording of transaction details (product type, quantity, price, payment and delivery information) on the blockchain for transactions on the platform. This increases transaction reliability, provides evidence in dispute resolution, and offers data that can be used in sustainability reporting. It is especially important for export transactions and green supply chain compliance verification.

UpcyMarket has a hybrid revenue model. Subscriptions are fixed monthly or annual payments that provide access to basic platform features. Commissions are only charged on successful transactions and range from 3% to 7% depending on your membership level. For sellers, some packages include only commission, while others require both subscription and commission. For buyers, typically only subscription fees apply.

The quality verification service is provided by UpcyMarket's expert team, testing the physical and chemical properties of granules. Professional Buyer and Premium Seller packages include a certain amount of free testing rights. Additional tests are charged per test. Test results are issued as product certificates and recorded on the blockchain.

Off-platform communication and agreements can pose risks for all our users. UpcyMarket uses advanced systems to detect such bypass transactions, which violate our terms of use. Transactions conducted off-platform carry serious disadvantages such as fraud risk, lack of secure payment protection, absence of dispute resolution, and impossibility of certification. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
